There was an issue with website after redesign. Transactions did not appear appropriately resulting in overdraft fees. I went to the Whitehall office with print screens. They said someone would call me after investigating (they sometimes are on hold for extended time with corporate call center); they did not. I then called and was switched to call center. Found part of the reversal. Call center completed the rest as it was a banking issue. Asked to notify of the local issue. They switched me to local. It rang for a long time then was told they were going to call me back Monday (I had asked for call today as I was off work). Hmmm, partial credit was already received. Next time I will wait. Also beware, some browsers do not show all of your account details.
