I took my iPhone in to ask why the vibrate feature wasn’t working. She took my phone for awhile, came back & said I need to update it & she started the update. After about 15 minutes I told her I needed to get back to work, I was on my lunch break. She said the update could take 2 hours (could have told me that before she started it). So she then decided she would “stop” the update which really screwed everything up. I was completely locked out of my phone for the rest of the day. Went back that evening so they could fix what they did. They told me there wasn’t anything they could do about it! (Great- thank you!!) Long story short, I was locked out of my phone for 2 days and in the end had to do a factory reset to get it working again. Ended up losing pictures and videos. I won’t step foot in there again!!
Always a fast and easy fix when I stop here. I've been visiting this location for years whenever I have an issue or need to upgrade my device. Shelly and Norma hold it down and give the best service.
We were recently needing a lot of help with retrieving pictures off an old device....Molly was wonderful, and circumvented all kinds of ways, and after an hour of patience...was able to do what really seemed impossible. The atmosphere of this store is amazing, and the people welcoming, and so helpful. The feeling of just being a "number" is completely gone...and I would recommend this store above any of the others I have been to. Mary Bertrand
