Bought chair and couch based on store associate recommendation. Both had material issues within weeks. Store picked them up and got them repaired within 2 weeks. Couch material is now rough, from normal adult use and the repaired area has again come apart. So disappointed.
Sale's staff was nice and helpful. Making it two stars cause I bought two recliners over $600 each and broke in about 6 months. They came and picked them up (I have a warranty) with no problem and said "they will be fixed in two day's to a week" I am still waiting for my chairs and it's been 2 months.... Don't recommend them cause of the quality of the recliners and the waiting....
Total time 12 weeks when promised 3 weeks. Told the table was ready for pick up drove there and it wasn't built yet.
Great furniture and service.

Nice furniture store in downtown Whitehall. Tremendous selection and super nice staff. Delivery guys were super friendly and nice when they brought our living room set in, even moved our old one upstairs for us.
Ordered a coffee table on June 19th and told it would be 3 weeks. Called the week of July 4th and told it was delayed a week due to holidays. Called the following week and told it was not available yet. Waited two more weeks, called and told not available yet. Called in another 2 weeks and told not available yet. Called in another 2 weeks and not available yet. Received a phone call on Sept 3 that our coffee table was in and available to pick up. On Sept. 9th drove to Belles and was told it was not put together yet and to find something to do for 15 minutes or so. Drove around and returned in 30 minutes and still not put together because they confused the names and put together another piece for a different customer. Waited in the store while the table was put together and finally left.
