Reduced weekend hours is a drag, now only open until 10pm, and they mean business on due dates! Save yourself the late charge, buy a half off card/plan and rerent over the phone before your rentals are late! This is the best way to take advantage of Family Video. Altho they don't have some of my favorite movies from the 80s, the staff here is pretty great. They are always really friendly, helpful, and cheerful. The customer service at this store is what keeps bringing me back! Good group of kids!
