Take good care of your pets, flea spray from here globs up and was very unhappy with the outcome of the staff on getting a refund
Dr. Amy and her Staff are great assets to our community! We have been taking our Pups there since they opened. They go above and beyond to ensure excellent care. The Core staff has been there since the beginning, and there is a reason!
The staff is wonderful. I always enjoy bringing my baby to them. They do a great job. They make sure you understand what your pets needs are. Prices are competitive. I wish they offered rewards for frequent visits. I'll keep bringing my pets to them.
They were open and fit my pet into their busy schedule. Great doctors and staff!
Dr. Amy and her Staff are active in the community as well. I have sent family members and their pets to Dr. Amy for years and will continue to do so. The facility is ALWAYS clean and comfortable. Knowledgable, Compassionate, Caring, Thorough, and Clean. Highly Recommended!!
I just had to use this vet for the first time to put my dog down. We had him for 15 years, and it was one of the hardest days of my life. I'm so glad I chose to go to Whitehall. When I called asking about the process, they were very nice, very helpful, and it was obvious they cared. When we got there, it was no different. They obviously understand, and it shows!! I do not live in Whitehall, I actually live not far from animal clinic in Muskegon. They were my first call, and they were horribly cold. Wanted to charge me double to be in the room with my dog during the uthenization, and had to call me back 3 days later, to even give me the price(which seems very fishy). With all that being said, from now on, I will be taking my pets to Whitehall. Where I know they will get the best treatment available, and so will I!!! It has been just over a week and today I opened a sympathy card, sent by Whitehall pet practice, with a handwritten note. They are awsome!
